Comcast On Thursday, we announced Versant, a predicted board member for Cable Network Spinout.
According to Versant, it comes from a background in media, technology, finance and other industries.
Versant is USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E! , Syfy, Golf Channel and other companies are now the parent company of NBCuniversal’s cable networks. Digitally, it is also set to house fandango, rotten tomatoes, golf know, golf passes and sports engines.
The spinoff is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Mark Lazarus is the CEO of Versant. Previously he was chairman of the NBCuniversal Media Group.

David Novak
David Novak is the future chairman of Versant.
He is a longtime executive and former CEO of Comcast. Yam brand. According to Versant, he will resign from his position on Comcast’s board of directors during the spinoff.

Montiel has been on the McCormick board of directors for the past decade and is currently on the Cruise Company board of directors. Royal Caribbean. She is the former director of Comcast and Aptar.
Len Potter
