Meta Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg has undergone physical and political transformation. The skinny teenager who founded Facebook in his dorm room is now called US President Donald Trump and is a muscular jiu-jitsu enthusiast who wants to see more “masculine energy” at work.
Is this all an act? Is Zuckerberg doing anything that is necessary to infiltrate the Trump administration and ensure that Meta is the winner of the AI race? Or was “Magamark” the real Mark Zuckerberg all along?
Murad Ahmed speaks to Hannah Murphy, a technology correspondent for FT in San Francisco, and Katie Harbath, former Facebook executive for Zuckerberg and now CEO of Anchor Change.
