The rich and famous people descended this weekend to celebrate the billionaire’s wedding in Venice, Italy Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos and former broadcast journalist Lauren Sanchez on all the money shows.
The star-studded event features a guest list of around 200 celebrities and business elites, including President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump and her husbands Jared Kushner, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Leonardo DiCaprio, Usher and Cardasian eruptions.
And the exact details of the three-day incident, although kept secret amid citywide protests, are expected to win a bill of around $50 million.
The couple will be exchanging vows at a black tie ceremony on San Giorgio Island on Friday, according to the Guardian.
Meanwhile, the main wedding reception is scheduled to take place in Arsenel on Saturday. This is a historic complex surrounded by fortified walls on the east side of the city. The venue was last-minute changed from a 16th-century building in the city centre due to security concerns.
It was held on Thursday following a pre-marriage reception, in the corridor of Madonna Dertorto, a medieval church in the central region of Cannaregio.
Other side events are reportedly set to include great perks themed about form parties and Gatsby.
Luca Zaire, president of Venice’s regional government, Venice, told reporters on Tuesday that the wedding and its various accompaniments would cost between 40 million and 48 million euros ($47-56 million).
According to Forbes, one of the world’s wealthiest people with an estimated net worth of $200 billion, Bezos is reportedly planning to make many charitable contributions, including 2 million euros from Korira, an academic consortium studying Venice’s lagoon ecosystem.
However, the costs do not stop. Many guests arrive early via private jets, super yachts and helicopters, offering the best designer shopping and high-end hotels.

According to Reuters, five of Venice’s most luxurious hotels, including Cipriani and Aman, were booked to host guests.
The gorgeous display of money and excess has sparked backlash from local residents and environmental protesters protesting against UNESCO’s use of World Heritage Sites.
Venice is already under tourist pressure, and last year the famous Italian city became the first in the world to introduce tourist admission fees to reduce the pressure of mass tourism and make it more livable for its residents.
Nevertheless, Italy has experienced a surge in wealthy arrivals to live by visiting and living both the wealthy arrivals, as other countries try to crack down on Uber’s richest arrivals, while the kinder flat tax system and the vibrant, luxurious real estate sector prove to be a draw.
