Last year, Financial Times and its research partner Statista released the first ranking of the best companies working in the Asia-Pacific region after asking employees across the region for their opinions.
Social media group Meta came to the top, followed by technology group KLA, hotelier Hilton Worldwide and airline ANA.
This year, we are once again asking Asia-Pacific employees to take a second annual ranking view.

If you have their experience, you will be asked to rate your own employer and other companies in your area. All responses remain anonymous. Both full-time and part-time employees may participate, and the survey will be open from April 25th to June 13th.

If you have any Asia Pacific employers or others who have experience, please let us know your thoughts by filling out this brief survey (it will take five minutes to complete). The response remains anonymous.
In addition to collecting these survey responses, FT and Statista will contact employees of eligible countries via online access panels and ask them to fill out a survey. These panels consist of thousands of workers from across the region who have already agreed to participate in anonymous online research (and thus ensuring independence of responses as they are not selected or affected by employer).
Potentially eligible companies were investigated by Statista earlier this year using many sources, including industry associations, trade journals, and economic research institutes.
How the ranking of “best employers” is edited
Based on the survey rating, all companies receive a score and the final ranking includes the highest score of 500 companies. This ranking will be published in a special report on December 4th, 2025 by Financial Times Newspaper and FT.com.
To be eligible for inclusion in Asia-Pacific Studies, companies must:
We have at least 1,000 employees throughout the region
We have employees in one or more of the following 14 countries: Australia. Hong Kong; India; Indonesia; Japan; Macau; Malaysia; New Zealand; Philippines; Singapore; Korea; Taiwan; Thailand; Vietnam
