The 7-bedroom 9-bath apartment complex has a car gallery with parking for 12 vehicles. During the visit, the gallery was filled with Ferrari columns from the personal collection of home developer-architect Ald Stark. There is also a miniature Ferrari 250 Testarossa parked in the living room.
