Warby Parka Stocks skyrocketed over 14% after Google announced its Smart Glasses partnership I/O meeting.
Google We have committed up to $150 million to the project. The company has already invested $75 million in product development costs, and says Warby will invest another $75 million to meet “specific collaboration milestones.”
Warby Parker is set to launch a series of products on Google, with the first set expected to arrive someday “after 2025”. The glasses are built on Google’s Android XR, the operating system for headset computers.
